Our Financial Policy

It is the policy of our office to request payment in full at time of treatment unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

Discover, and Care Credit Healthcare Credit Card. Care Credit offers no interest, low monthly payments,
no up front cost, no pre payment penalties and no annual fees.

Insurance

As a service to our patients, we are happy to file claims to your insurance company for you. We can
determine your coverage prior to treatment in order to maximize your benefits and give you the most
accurate estimate possible. We are not a provider for any insurance company and we are not in any
insurance network.
